Bethany Schneider is licensed in Georgia and Florida.

A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Bethany earned dual degrees — an ABJ (Broadcast Journalism) and BA (Political Science) with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction — from the University of Georgia (2002–2005).

She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (2009), where she competed on the mock trial team and was awarded Best Advocate in her graduating class — the highest individual trial advocacy honor in her class.

Before founding Schneider Injury Law, Bethany spent nearly a decade at King & Spalding LLP (2009–2018) — consistently ranked among the world’s top international law firms.
