When serious injury law questions follow a violent incident
If a violent incident leaves someone seriously injured or causes a death, families may have questions beyond the criminal investigation. Serious injury law may involve a separate civil claim, and a Georgia attorney can explain what the available evidence may support, which parties may need to be investigated, and what deadlines could apply. The answer depends on the facts; this information is general and is not legal advice or a promise of a result.
