Atlanta Mother Achieves Justice After Losing Two Daughters to Gun Violence in Heartbreaking Case
Adrianne Rodriguez, a grieving mother from DeKalb County, has endured the tragic loss of three children to gun violence. Her son Nizzear was killed in 2014, and her pregnant daughter Shaniyah and granddaughter Milliani were victims of gun violence in 2023. However, on October 27th, 2023, Rodriguez finally achieved a sense of justice when a DeKalb County jury found Shaniyah’s boyfriend, Diamonte Haithcoats, guilty of malice murder and sentenced him to two life sentences plus five years.
