Community Mourns Heroic South Fulton Officer Helio Garcia as Family Remembers Kind-Hearted Dad and Leader

Helio Garcia, a 47-year-old lieutenant with the South Fulton Police Department, was honored at a memorial service on April 16 after he died in a head-on crash while on duty.
